Cater UR Way is a curated corporate catering marketplace that connects businesses with local, high-quality food providers. It offers a range of options for workplace meals, gift hampers, snacks, and provisions, with an emphasis on Texas-founded brands.
Please note we are in a soft launch phase of the platform. We are working on bringing in new features, implementing updates and finalizing the marketplace for an official launch.
Placing an order is simple. Browse available vendors and menu options on our platform, select your items, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation, and our delivery service will handle the rest.
Orders must be placed at least 21 hours in advance or more. This lead time allows our vendors to prepare, ensuring the quality and punctuality of your catering. You can book orders up to 30 days in advance.
Yes, we require a minimum order of $100 or more for all catering orders. Some vendors have higher minimum requirements.
We do not accommodate same-day delivery at this time.
UR Sweet Treat is a virtual item on our platform allowing clients to add an extra treat that supports the restaurant’s staff. The funds collected from this item go directly to the participating restaurant.
Orders are final once submitted. If you need something changed, please reach out to admin@uratx.com. If you ordered more than a day in advance, you can cancel your order and re-submit it.
We accept all major credit cards that Stripe accepts.
It’s another name for a tip that we chose to use with the company being Texan with Canadian roots. This is completely optional, always appreciated and not required. If a restaurant partner has a delivery agreement with UR Services, the gratuity may be split between them and the delivery provider.
Cancellations are allowed, but fees may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the delivery time. Contact our support team for more details.

Yes, you will receive a link to track your delivery in real-time. This feature allows you to see your driver’s location and estimated arrival time based on when they departed. The number you provided needs to be able to receive texts in order to receive this information.
If no one is present to receive/direct the order to where it needs to go at the scheduled time, our drivers will wait for a short period and attempt to contact the number provided. Re-delivery or cancellation fees may apply if the order cannot be received/delivered as planned.
Delivery costs vary based on your order total. In return, you get a specialized delivery service that’s a part of UR Delivery Network. Reliable, timely and includes basic setup. Every driver is contracted with UR Services. We have Fleetists that are specialized for handling larger catering orders to ensure proper handling and satisfaction with your delivery.
In the event of an emergency or as a last resort, we may send a driver through a third party to ensure you receive your order.
Orders over $300, is 10% of the subtotal plus taxes which is included in the delivery charge.
Orders under $300, can cost $30-40 plus taxes which is included in the delivery and small order surcharge.
We charge a mileage fee on orders over 10 miles at $1/mile.
A workaround we have to contend with to ensure we collect local taxes on delivery and other fees.
This charge is applied to orders that are under $300. If you order over this amount, use the Promo code listed to remove it. You can have half of it removed if you order over $200 using the promo code provided under coupons. This is something we had to create as a workaround to ensure we’re charging enough for smaller orders. We’re hoping to remove this once an update has been implemented so delivery fees will automatically adjust accordingly.
It’s possible your drop off address is outside the delivery zone set for that restaurant. Please contact support by calling or email us so we may assist you further in placing that order with a specific restaurant.

This is a rewards program that gives Cater Gems to redeem for rewards. You can turn these in for a discount off your next order, digital gift cards or redeem for exclusive/limited prizes.
For every $1 you spend on food, you get 1 Cater Gem. There will be promotions and features where you can earn extra Cater Gems.
Refer a new client to try us out and we’ll give you 1000 Cater Gems when they use your referral code. They’ll get free delivery on their first order and you’ll get 100 Cater Gems for every $100 they spend. You will continue earning Cater Gems on each referral until you’re paid out $250 worth of Cater Gems.
Review an order and get 100 Cater Gems. The more you spend, the more you earn! Hit reward tiers to multiply the value of your Cater Gems on a quarterly basis.
During the soft launch, the URewards program is handled separately from Cater UR Way site so you’ll need to email admin@uratx.com with your name/email to inquire about your balance. When you want to redeem, you will need to email us and we’ll confirm how many Cater Gems were redeemed and send you the chosen reward.
