Catering Delivery Fleet
Whether its primary catering delivery services or overflow for your in-house staff, we have the solution to help you get it delivered in style, on time and professionally. With a specialized driver network consisting of Fleetists, your orders will leave a lasting impression that'll have them coming back for more. Tap into this fleet via integration through Olo Catering, ezCater API or direct entry for your other sources.
Catering Delivery Features
10 Miles included
Catering deliveries include the first 10 miles with a max range of up to 25 miles. Extra mileage charged per mile basis.
Live Support
If there's an issue or an update, we have live support available to address and ensure all parties are updated.
Basic Setup
Basic setup includes laying out food pans based on type of meal, placing serving ware on top and any placards in front. Individual meals are laid out with names forward and visible. Drop offs are done when setup is not possible or declined.
Direct Integration
With direct integration options, your orders will be seamless and ensure proper handling. This ensures minimal chance of human error and maximizes efficiency.
Real Time Tracking
Clients receive a tracking link with an updated ETA when the driver departs and enroute to drop. Number provided needs to be able to receive texts.
Professional Drivers
Catering orders are handled by Fleetists that are vetted, well equipped with bags and a cart to ensure your order is handled on time and professionally.

On Demand Deliveries
Our robust UR Network fleet consists of trusted, vetted partners under the UR brand. This provides nationwide on-demand drivers in all major cities for your 1st party orders directly via Olo. We provide overflow as a last resort to ensure guaranteed coverage at no additional cost to your brand. This fleet can be tapped for other delivery sources via custom integrations.

Take control of your 1st party deliveries by utilizing our direct integration with Olo for catering and on demand deliveries. The UR Network provides access to a nationwide fleet for on demand across all major cities and overflow is done on our end so there's never an additional cost to you. We're just a swipe away on your dashboard. We also have a specialized fleet designed to handle catering orders via Olo so you get well equipped, vetted drivers across select cities.
ezCater
No more printing/sending pdfs to other parties and manually keeping track. Utilize us as easily as ezDispatch whether as a primary option or just overflow/backup. With a direct tech integration with ezCater, you can empower your brand with the choices you need to handle your catering volume in way you want,UR way.

Other Integrations
We are developing direct integrations with Toast and other POS systems as we receive these requests. If we're not connected to what you need to utilize us, simply put in a request and we'll make it happen. For new integrations that haven't been built yet, we will do it free of charge to you if you're the first brand to request and implement it through us. With the power of Grace, custom integrations are a breeze.
