Origin Story

Founded in April 2019, UR Services was created to fill the need for reliable, professional catering delivery services for businesses in Austin and the surrounding areas. Our rapid growth was fueled by national partnerships, helping us expand our reach. Before launching URATX(our original name in Austin), we gained extensive experience in last-mile logistics through various gig platforms starting in 2016. This hands-on knowledge helped us identify gaps in service and accountability within the industry. With backgrounds in business, law enforcement, hospitality and logistics; we set out to create a company that promotes work-life balance and fair pay for everyone under our umbrella.

We lead by example by offering high-quality, dependable services that benefit both businesses and clients.

Drivers

Our delivery drivers are independent contractors who are also local business owners, homeowners, and active community members.
Our driver pay model is uniquely structured to ensure drivers are not reliant on tips to make a decent earning and service remains consistent across all deliveries.

Dev Team

A critical and core component of our success and ability to keep up with the large players comes down to our close gamer colleague, friend and tech guru, Justin. He's always been a few steps ahead and single handedly brought our custom software project affectionately called Grace into reality. With his expertise as a full stack developer, we took the impossible or untried and made them into a reality. From creating a system that connected our delivery solutions together to creating in house integrations with our partners. We are constantly pushing the realm of what we can do to empower restaurants and our partners to take back control when it comes to delivery fulfillment and servicing mutual clients.
